Reading support, not a treatment recommendation. These tools organize questions and public-source notes. They do not assess a wound, recommend a product, or determine eligibility. Your entries stay in the page and are not submitted, saved by this tool, or sent to a clinic. Avoid entering health or identifying information.
A practical example of an important distinction
A study can measure time until a wound is free of slough without demonstrating that every wound later closes. In your notebook, write the actual endpoint in the outcome field. If a headline makes a broader claim, put that discrepancy in the limitations field instead of stretching the paper’s conclusion.
Read beyond the abstract when the decision matters
The source may omit the exact comparator, details of follow-up or how missing observations were handled. Mark those omissions. Do not fill them in from memory. Use our source-selection method and the PubMed help guide to locate the original material.
