Design approach
The publication aims to provide readable text, semantic headings, visible keyboard focus, labeled controls, responsive layouts, and text alternatives for meaningful imagery. Resource pages are usable without an account. The worksheet tools include a non-JavaScript alternative for printing the underlying questions or blank reading fields.
These are design intentions and implemented features, not a claim of certified accessibility conformance or a complete independent audit. Different browsers, assistive technologies, and external services may behave differently.
Practical ways to use the resources
Use the Skip to content link to move past navigation. Use a keyboard to reach menus, filters, and tool controls. The browser's zoom and print functions are supported. The appointment planner and care-call planner provide readable output, and the research notebook can produce a plain-text copy.
The conceptual images are not the only way to understand a resource. Core explanations are in text. External source documents may have their own formats and accessibility limitations; the original publisher controls those documents.
Report a barrier
Use Contact to describe the page, action, browser or assistive technology, and the barrier you encountered. Do not include patient information or account passwords. An example such as “I cannot reach the print button with a keyboard on this page” is more actionable than a general error report.
The publisher will assess the report and identify a practical correction or alternate route where possible. No unsupported response-time promise is made. Urgent clinical concerns belong with a healthcare service, not an accessibility-support inquiry.
