Send a correction that can be checked
Use the contact form's correction option. Identify the page address, the precise statement or control, and what you believe needs changing. Include the original source when the issue is factual. For a broken link, give the source and destination addresses if available. Do not include patient records, passwords, or private account information.
A useful example is: “The publication year shown on this research record differs from the year on this PubMed entry.” Another is: “The worksheet's print output omits the questions selected in the last group.” These reports identify a reproducible problem rather than asking the publisher to infer it from a general complaint.
What happens to a report
The message goes to the private administrative inbox for review. The operator can investigate, clarify the source, request non-sensitive supporting information, and update the resource. An editorial message is not a clinical consultation and does not receive emergency monitoring. No response deadline is promised.
When a clinical statement changes, any prior review must be reconsidered for the new content version. A material correction should be described on the page so readers can understand the change. Minor formatting fixes can be retained in internal history.
Provider information and source disputes
A practice can request an update or removal using public service details and an authorized contact. Confirmation concerns the information in the listing, not comparative clinical quality. A manufacturer can identify an inaccurate description, but a commercial relationship does not confer control over independent interpretation.
Disagreement alone does not prove an error. The relevant source, its scope, and the distinction between fact and interpretation must be considered. A missing or inaccessible source should be identified rather than replaced with invented evidence.
Scope of the current update
The September 2026 resource update expands the earlier short starter pages, introduces local worksheet tools, consolidates brief supplier references, and removes an empty practice-search experience when no listings exist. This is a description of a software and editorial change, not a claim that an independent medical review or advertising approval has occurred.
