Contact and editorial submissions
Our forms collect the contact details and message you choose to provide so the site operator can respond and review submissions. Please do not send health histories, medical records, wound photographs or other sensitive information.
Provider listings
Provider submissions are private until reviewed. Approved practice details may be published. A private verification note or submission contact email is not automatically included in the public listing. Send corrections or removal requests through the contact form.
Newsletter
The newsletter uses an email confirmation step. Until confirmation, the address is not an active marketing subscriber. Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe. We do not ask for diagnoses or treatment histories to subscribe.
Browser storage and security
The site uses a session cookie for sign-in, forms and request protection. Saving a resource stores that choice in this browser, not in a patient profile on our server. Anti-abuse controls temporarily store a daily salted hash of a network address; routine housekeeping removes expired limits. Hosting providers may separately keep server access logs.
Advertising
Google advertising is disabled at installation. When the operator enables it, Google and its consent-management tools may process information to serve and measure advertising. Review Google's linked privacy information and the consent message. Non-personalized advertising can still use cookies or process data. This site does not build advertising audiences from diagnoses, searches or provider inquiries. A browser block control is an extra preference, not a replacement for a certified consent platform.
Retention and requests
The default housekeeping schedule removes unconfirmed email subscriptions after seven days, closed submissions after 180 days, expired rate limits and old mail job bodies. Confirmed subscriptions are retained until removed or anonymized through unsubscribe and housekeeping. Backups and host logs may persist for their configured retention periods. Contact the site operator about access, correction or deletion; identity may need to be checked.
Third parties and changes
External source links take you to other sites with their own terms. The site operator must keep this policy accurate for the hosting, email and advertising services actually enabled. Use the contact form for privacy requests.
