Advertising is separate from editorial selection
MedicalMaggots.com may use clearly identified display advertising, direct sponsorship, or its own resource promotions to support operation. An advertisement is not a clinical recommendation, a verified provider endorsement, or an approval by this publication. An external agency or organization does not endorse the site because its material is cited.
The site does not sell a favorable research conclusion, a medical-review attribution, or a provider-verification badge. Commercial relationships must not determine whether a source limitation or a material correction is disclosed.
Where placements may appear
The application provides controlled placements on eligible substantive resource pages. Administrative screens, contact forms, worksheet tools, disclosure pages, care-contact workflows, and pages with excluded clinical imagery are not places for the site's Google ad units. Unreviewed clinical resources remain ineligible under the site's controls.
Placements must be separated from navigation, source links, and print or download controls. The site does not ask visitors to click an advertisement to support it, unlock a reference, contact a provider, or obtain a worksheet. Ads are not disguised as a search result or a clinical action.
Sponsors and manufacturer references
Supplier links in the source guide identify where a company describes its own products. They are not independent product tests or a statement that the company offers the best treatment. Sponsored material, where present, must identify the relationship and cannot silently replace the editorial conclusion of another page.
A direct advertiser must supply accurate identity and claims for review. The publisher may decline a placement or remove one that conflicts with the publication's purpose. This is not a promise that every third-party programmatic creative can be individually pre-reviewed; readers can report a problematic ad through the appropriate ad controls and the website contact route.
Privacy choices and medical information
Advertising settings and consent controls must reflect the actual integration. Google approval alone does not establish that the website's privacy behavior is correct. An enabled checkbox is not proof that live accept, decline, and preference controls have been tested.
The publication does not ask readers to submit diagnoses or patient records for advertising. Do not send medical information when reporting an ad. See Privacy for the site's forms, tools, browser storage, and advertising disclosures.
Questions and reporting
For a sponsorship inquiry or an advertising concern, use Contact. Identify the page and the issue without disclosing personal health details. A paid relationship does not accelerate review of a practice listing or authorize use of medical-review labels.
